Description
Hard conical tip is ideal for insertion into solid or semi-solid materials. This sensor is ideal for spot testing of nearly all food products; the Stainless Steel construction may be easily cleaned and sanitized. This sensor has high accuracy and stability due to the aged platinum RTD elements. This sensor is available in 3 or 4 wire 100 ohm configuration.
Sensing Tip: 0.093" diameter, 1.25" long
Handle: 2" Stainless Steel covered with polyolefin
Range: -80 °C-200 °C
