For decades, companies have relied on EDL's Surface Transfer Standards (STS) to check their surface sensors in the lab, and right on the production floor before, during and after shifts. Available to accommodate temperatures from -34 °C up to 650 °C. The STS is available as complete reference system and may be ordered drilled to accommodate an external PRT.
Comparison Cryostat Calibrator
For decades, companies and National Standards Labs around the world have relied on EDL's Comparison Cryostat (CRYO-CAL-2) to easily and economically calibrate a range of temperature measurement devices from 77K (-196 °C) up to 0 °C. With the CRYO-CAL-2, cryogenic calibrations are now possible at an affordable price. CRYO-CAL wells may be adapted to fit your specific requirements at a reasonable cost.
Dry Well Calibrators
Drywell Calibrator options include the T-VAL Remote Head Dry Well Calibrator and the Practi-Cal Dry Well Calibrator. Both units were designed for fast and easy testing and verification of insertion/immersion sensors. The Practi-Cal also accommodates surface calibrations. EDL also offers a variety of custom dry well blocks to be used with any dry well calibrator.
Liquid Bath Calibrators
EDL brings accurate stirred liquid bath calibrations to field service and the laboratory bench top with the introduction of our Mini-Baths. We offer both Mini-Salt Baths, as well as our Mini-Ultra Bath. All of our calibration baths are rigorously tested in our labs for stability and uniformity before they leave our facility.
EDL's High Temperature Calibration Furnaces were designed for the testing and calibration of thermocouples and RTD temperature sensors. These units offer a highly stable and uniform temperature field and stability < 1 °C. The FUR-1200 offers a temperature range of 300 °C to 1200 °C, and the FUR-1500 has a temperature range of 300 °C to 1500 °C.
