Selecting a Product to Add to Cart
Once you have found the product(s) you would like to add to your cart you will need to read the chart throughout to make sure you select the correct part number. In order to determine your part number refer to the chart on each product page (see the sample cart below). The letters and numbers highlighted in red create the part number. Read from left to right in the column rows to create the part number (ex. SPC-1-06JE).

So your part number should read:
Type= SPC-1-, Temperature = 06 , T/C= J, Termination = E
Once you have determined the part number you will need to select the options in the drop down menus below the chart. Then press the orange add to cart button near the product photo at the top of the page.
Note: Be sure to select the correct part number combinations or you will not be able to add to cart. You will get this message if the wrong product combination is selected – “Product option combination does not exist.” If you receive this message, refer back to the product chart to determine the correct part number. If you continue to have difficulties adding to cart please contact us at 1.800.342.5335 to place your order.
Checkout Process
1) Placing items in your cart - Feel free to browse our on-line store. Initially no login is required to shop for items and add to your shopping cart. Our shopping cart will indicate the total price of your cart before taxes and shipping is applied. Once your cart has been filled you will have an option to checkout and order those items.
2) Billing and shipping addresses - If you haven’t ordered online with us before, you will need to create an account by setting up a unique login name (your email) and a password on our secure server once you are ready to check out. If you have ordered from EDL’s online store before, you will simply need to login to continue and complete the transaction. Enter your billing and shipping address. Then click continue checkout to move on to billing and shipping methods.
3) Billing and Shipping Methods - EDL's online store offers payment through PayPal. See Payment Methods for details on what payments are accepted through PayPal. Choose the PayPal selection under billing options at checkout. Then choose your Shipping Option. Click continue checkout.
4) Review and Place Order - Review your order and make sure there are no mistakes with address or products in your cart. Click place order and you will be directed to PayPal to pay with your PayPal account or pay with a Credit Card. Note: Be sure not to close your browser while in PayPal because the ordering process is not complete yet. Once you pay with PayPal you will be redirected to EDL's website with the window showing an immediate webpage acknowledgement and order number. Your order has been placed! You will also receive an immediate order conformation e-mail.Please print one of these acknowledgements for your records. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that payment was received.An e-mail will be sent to you when your order has shipped.
Orders placed for in-stock items by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time typically ship the same day as the order is received, unless credit issues prevent order processing. Non-stock items will ship within 7 to 10 days from order date. Estimated ship dates for export orders are advised by e-mail after complete order review and approval.
